From day one, a businessman aims to generate profit from the trade, while an entrepreneur looks for scalability and increasing userbase for its product/services along with profit.
4. Employment
Entrepreneurs usually give stock options along with salary to early employees, thus making them a partner with a small percentage. A businessman only give salary to his employees.
