It is OK to have all the eggs in one basket, as long as you control what happens to that basket in future.

The biggest piece of advice I can give: always think of making things better and keep questioning yourself. 

If something is important enough, then you should try and give everything, even if the odds are not in your favor.

It's very important to like the people you work with; otherwise, it is going to be very miserable for you. 

It is very crucial to have a feedback loop where you constantly think about what you have done and how you could do it better.
