1. Consistent study

A huge course left to study is a prime reason for exam stress. Thus, it's always better to have a daily studying habit for avoiding that anxiety of unpreparedness.

No exam is tough; it depends on mindset and preparation. Avoid people or talks that create fear about an exam. Spend time with people who do positive and solution-driven talks.

2. Avoid negativity

3. Do contemplation

Stress is the brain's way to signal risks. So, don't suppress these thoughts. Write them and understand the message behind them. Once known, work on it. The stress will subside.

4. Do joyful activities

Before exams, we often don't do activities that give joy. Avoid doing it; instead, take out some time for things that make you happy. It diverts the mind and lowers stress.

5. Avoid comparison

Comparing yourself with others always creates stress. Avoid it. Stop asking others about studies and compare them with yourself. Have self-belief, and you will ace exams.
